-According to Ukranian defense officials, one An-70 costs 67 million dollars.
-Price is general and can certainly change, as the program is not complete yet.
-Ukranian MOD intends to pay 43 million USD for the program in 2012. Earlier it was reported that before 2013 Russia would contribute 85 million USD to the project, and Ukraine, 60 million USD.
-According to a Russian VVS official, military trials of the An-70 may start this year, and based on these trials the decision to serially purchase the aircraft may be made.
-In the end of April, Surdykov announced the VVS intends to buy 60 An-70s.
-Ukranian MOD announced it intends to purchase 3 of these planes.
-In July of last year, the Russian MOD bought the first An-70, being built at the Kiev plant Aviakvant. The contract was signed so that Ukraine could begin construction on another such plane. In the future, production is planned to be moved to Russia. Presumably such production would start in 2014.

Lot’s of conflicting information about the state of An-70 program, but one thing is clear, Russian MOD is invested in the program. According to Antonov they are keeping the program alive at this point.

Yes, but I’m not sure how that explains ppp’s mystical logic at how the PAF will “better” the more capable IAF aircraft. Note I never actually said anything about relative capability (though it is obvious who is favored), but his argument is devoid of any logic.
Certainly Pakistani IADS can make the job for Indian strike aircraft more difficult, but then again we can bring in other Indian assets into the equation. Either war, has little to do with a thread concerned specifically with aircraft ability vis-a-vis to each other.
