That….is still unclear. Zhuk-AE 120km range was a very early statement – for example in trials, even early Zhuk-AE with smaller array tracked targets at 150km. The new array is 1016 element, but it is unclear what the weight/size difference is. Range was claimed to be reached at 250km, but the specifics of that are uncertain.
EDIT: From what I see, weight of the 680 module array was 220 kg, and the production variant is 275 kilograms. Pretty remarkable weight loss considering the original, overweight radar from a few years back was at least 400kg, hence the scale back in modules.
