Er…can’t Renault help??
Unfortunately, the “modern” industrial history in France is a never ending story starting from 1789.
Renault have changed many times his statut from private venture to national company…
Many companies didńt survive these changes. ( bugatti, Voisin, Caudron, Morane Saulnier, Dewoitine, Nieuport etc etc…)
Moreover many tech drawings was burned ( same for every wood made planes…) by germans during the ww2.
Historic Aeronautic archives are a still a real problem in France. Since a decade a kind of new efforts are made…let´s cross fingers.
You probably will have more chance for your search anywhere but in France.

Many thanks guys.
I will check if any problem.
A very good friend of mine is making radio images for aeronautic.
He made the landing gear scans for the Ju 52 ( casa build ) at la Ferte Alais.
I guess he will know what to do.
many thanks again

quote : “Cerulean Blue it is not! Take a look at Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantone
A Cerulean Pantone 15 – 4020 colour sample is shown on that page. I think we can agree it is not the same shade of blue! But what is on K5054? “……
Sorry to said that colours on computers have NO values.
Simply because we all have various graphic cards and screens commonly with no calibration.
We dońt see the same colour at all…so shades…
As a professional designer I have to say that I still use calibrated printed charts or printers.
other medium are wrong.
A professional calibration is very expensive.
be carefull with this easy way to play with history (internet) …without an original period sample to scan and retrofit with his chemical components in mind we just can promote speculations.
just an humble opinion in this very interresting post.

There’s some great Dove footage on Youtube. If there’s one in which the audio is what you are looking for I would suggest contacting the original poster and asking if they wouldn’t mind you using the audio on your site. From there it is simply a case of ripping the mp3 from the video with an audio extractor. You need to have a Youtube account though to be able to contact the poster.
Didn’t found Dove record on the LP33 I have…
Anyway I found several good footages on Youtube and it is easy to convert into MP3.
I love this one : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWFxUoY8Brk
PM me if you need some infos.

Henri Coanda first jet plane design in 1907….
I can’t imagine why the technology was stopped after the war. I remenber the micro waves engines studies from RRinthe 80’s. I think plasma need probably a minimum use of atomic elements.
Really interresting post Dave.

Great news !! fantastic airplane…
Gentlemen, many thanks for your kind replies.
You have an impressive knowledge about Spitfires and related subjects…and I understand I have a poor one.
Since I would like to go with an early Mk IX, I couldn’t go with MH737 any more…
Once again many thanks for your replies.
