    I heard a rumour that Sywell was UB’s last UK show, what’s happening to them, and will they be back?

    That was the plan for Sywell, unfortunately Peter’s is not yet flying. Maybe another year? 🙂

    We took two of the Stearmans to Airshow China in 2000 at Zuhuhai Guangdong province in Southern China. We were there for a month which included reassembly of the two A/C, some press flying and the Airshow its self. The A/c were then disassembled and put back in containers for there return to the UK. Whilst there the A/C were painted with water washerble paint and had logo’s for GREE Airconditioners, a local sponsor, applied. must dig my pics out sometime 🙂

    flying starts at 14.00 and finishes at 17.30, half hour break in the middle. 🙂

    doughnut, the airfield will be open as normal on the Saturday. lots to see, apart from the Chippy several of the display A/C will be arriving early 😉
