Most definitely don’t scrap that beauty! If anything give it a bit of fresh paint for a static exhibit. A full restoration to airworthy condition would of course be a dream, but seeing as this one has spent way too much time outdoors I guess a restoration to static display will do for now.

In X years time this plane will be worth a lot more than it is now – definitely don’t scrap! Trackers aren’t the most common planes on the globe.

Seeing that it is easy to understand how so many fire fighting pilots have died doing the job. That takes some courage.

On the upside, there’s no AAA firing back at them 🙂
Some guncam footage from WW2 you see every now and then really is jaw-dropping. Those guys were literally cutting the daisies…

Clearly, Corsair vs Mustang, Yak, and Mig…………….the Corsair was always Victorious!:D
