Oh! I see we are not talking about one at Egeskov Museum……sorry, my bad.
I think I was confusing it with the one at Helsingør Technical museum:
That AC (SE-A) needs to get inside. I will mention it for Værløse aviation history museum, they should be able to provide storage. I don’t think they will be able to undertake restoration, as they already have a F-84G and are buzy with other restorations. It could be used for trade, at some stage.
Personally not too interested in the Dove, but if its just standing around, it needs some TLC.
Seems it didn’t move much between 2000 and 2006. So I guess nobody is working on it, or even looking after it.
Do you have any more information?
Mondariz, judging from your other posts you seem to be based in Denmark. How about perusing your own backyard first; you could probably come up with much more interesting (because they are widely unknown) thing than “going” to exotic places with Google Earth.
How about the essentially complete F-84G which is stored at Egeskov Castle? Is it still there and in what condition?
What is hiding in the many hangars in Stauning (see e.g. oy-reg.dk)?
Hvilken planet kommer du fra – set med flyvehistoriske øjne.. 😮 😀
Never heard about that collection before (Så jeg kommer fra en anden flyhistorisk planet, åbenbart – er det det du mener med hvilken planet?).
Somebody is already looking after the F-84G at Egeskov. This thread is more about planes standing around, looking like they need a plan for the future.
I doubt that there are many aircraft in Danmark, that would have my interest. Maybe OY-AVA but thats about it. And I’m going to get my hands on her soon – or so I hope 😀
Maybe you know more that I about the OY reg, if so I would love some pointers 😀
A-4 Skyhawk was known as “Heinemann’s Hotrod”.
I have to learn to READ those posts :p
Nice bits of Lanc nevertheless.
The washer looks more like a Manchester though.
Here are a few from Flickr.com
Browse around at the site, maybe you can find a better one.
HOLY CHRIST!
Thanks JDK.
For anyone unfamiliar with that collection, have a peek here:

I came across this picture on http://www.preservedaxisaircraft.com
It seems that someone in Bis Springs TX has quite a collection of Avia CS-199/HA-1109/HA-1112.
Does anyone know any more?

Haha, hope he has the model painted by now 😀
Well spotted.
£4000 but it also have a fabricated history 😉
Any pics/links to the Lanc?
Go tho this page for a few:

1. Scroll down to the colour drawings and click them.
2. They will download as a PDF file.
3. Enjoy at your viewing pleasure.
Seems like a nice buy.
Far better than the £4000 Mustang “Project”.
Another one:
In the Danish Air Force the RF-84F was often called “The Photo Bus”, due to its painfully long take off.
Actually it was so underpowered, that pilots joked, it only became airborne due the the curvature of the earth 😀
Remembered another one:
Fairchild Aerospace Metro used to be known as “Angst rør”, which translate to “Fear tube”.
Yes, its nice to see some history in the terminal.
Copenhagen airport have two fake (one might have been removed) aircraft. One is a playground thing and the other is some kind of homemade ½ size Fokker Dr.1. Nothing else tells you, that you are in an airport. No “Skybar, or “Aviators lounge”, not even a few old pictures. Its a shame i think, as I like to get that airport feeling, when i’m waiting for a flight.
In some modern airports, they seem to have gone out of their way, to distence themselves from aviation (decor wise). Maybe its to ease the nerves of nervous flyers.
If I ran an airport, you wouldn’t be able to move for aviation paraphenelia. Maybe just as well I don’t.
