I mean did India not shop around for Western radar and BVR for such a superb plane? Or even started own big radar with help of western producers? You see… They will produce a lot in India (200?)! It is worth to think about that if Pak shops for just hundred Grifo’s.

And What about PAF??? Mirage |||, MIrage v,F-6(Mig19):) ,F-7P(Nothing infront of Bison) .. … are they new aircrafts????

Mig23 shot down PAF F16? Your source is maybe Hindustani Times… Any evidence? Do we have to remind that PAF sabre shot down IAF mig21? Talking about totally underpowered.

India has and Pakistan needs? India has a few MKI’s. It needs 10 years to get the rest. In that period a lot will happen. And maybe PAKFA wil become a success but will it make any difference? It is still a paper plane.

Well the MKI is a wonder itself. Russian design and a lot of western equipment. But why not western BVR?

Before one calls the IAF Mig 21 dominated, perhaps they forgot that those MiG-21s are upgraded Bisons with better radar and missiles than what 95% of the PAF fleet, for an airfore that lacks any type of BVR minus speculation and “plans to aquire in the future”, calling another airforce with MiG-29s, Mirages and Sukhois NOW is a bit of a joke.

How on earth is that Bison going to fly far away from its base with BVR and almost no fuel for cruising? Secret refuling probe? On the back of an MKI? And in which situation? Two nuclear armed neighbours? We know it can destroy unarmed slow prop planes like Atlantique but keep dreaming about F16’s. The repeating that PAF without BVR is a joke is simply becoming pathetic.

there are rumours that they will add 3 extra subs. Anyway. The PN is expanding at such rate that even the Pakistani are suprised. Look at what they have added in 3 years. And what will be added. Maybe it has a lot to do with the Gwadar harbour.

The army has been running very well with a lot of successes (Zarrar Khaled MPC’s missiles)

The only missing part is airforce. Maybe 4/5 Hawkey and 6 Erieye. Lots of hercules. A lot of ROSE mirages. A lot of C130’s. With Fc1 gearing up (200!) and maybe J10 or other decent fighterjet we will have to admit that compared to many other forces it is not that bad either.

Those F16’s will not make much different. They are just a stop gap. PAF is moving out hundreds of F7’s, A5’s and Mirages (3/5). And before getting Fc1 they need some plane to hold the line. Not to run into India which is huge and well armed. Besides that we all know that those 60+ UAE latest block F16’s are going to be flown by PAF. They will get hands on the electronics. And China will gradually share more (J10). Let us not focus on India. PAF is not here to get superpower title nor attacking for joy.
