    I agree with fantasma. At the moment it is very difficult to produce all the parts in one nation. If you wanna make a plane you have to shop around. To avoid problems one can think about tot so the product is never without spares. Furtermore there should be inhouse knowledge of the product and upgrade options. If one is talking about LCA. They can buy US engine but they should be able to replace it if needed. Same happened with software. US stopped. Indian went on. Maybe most parts are there thanks to importing but India is able to reproduce it. Same idea about a prop from Pakistan. The Mushak is a Saab. But it is put together and improved in Pakistan.

    the flanker has huge intakes. I am shocked that the IAF did got problems with FOD. It is like the IAF is not ready for sophisticated planes. Whether they flew or not… It is an Indian report. I would stop flying if I had found cracks in the blades… With or without UFO’s…

    Been a week – and no official confirmation. According to the “esteemed” pakistano members, the PAF chief was supposed to be in Sweden to sign the agreeement. The ink should have dried by now…..

    Maybe they should corrupt methods like your nation did with Bofors… It is not a tamasha. They have to settle a lot and it is not a few bucks. Do you have nothing else to say?

    Thanks. That will settle some differences made by some posters. Still about the PAF. Not a contract officially and not sure wich parameters. We just have to wait.

    They tried other options like agent orange, napalm, nukes or MOB… No wonder terrorist use allso unfriendly ways to return anger. I think it is just a circle. The more force you use the more you get in return.

    China thought is had Isreali AWACs but we know how that ended. And even if it goes perfect then there are decades before they will use the system optimal. Besides that do you actually think those su30 will just go into Pakistani territory and shoot down Erieye without seing some missiles returning the favour? This one sided and empty statement that IAF and India is superpower is just not correct. We do not even have to talk even about China. If India tries to attack Pakistan it will face some destruction. India would have used one million troops if it was not that ugly… I am glad that both move towards peace and co-operation. Something some Indian posters here missed.

    About getting and showing all around… Some nations keep things secret. It is not a toy.

    For our Indian friends. We have here at Schiphol a shop where an Indian Airforce Iskra is displayed. I have only seen a pic but I am gonna visit it special for that. Nice pic btw.

    Well, now Pakistan has not enough cash or it is a paria. Arthur said something about someone not able to pick the right words. Seems to me that it is a virus. As someone told above. If you cannot handle a few things that Pakistan is getting then hide and stop spitting around cause there are enough Indian threads or forums… PAF is busy at the moment to build a new airforce base around Karachi. It is going to be used for big planes. No no no. Not Erieye but C130… It will be opened before the end of this year. And very handy cause it can be used for the two navy Erieye’s… Oeps…
