How big is the Vulcan Bomber in comparison to the B707?
Any One know if that’s ever been rolled or looped – I have seen it doing what appeared to be stall turns.

Vulcan was rolled at a 50’s Farnborough show 😮 . My guess that the 707 is a larger aircraft, but the vulcan maybe heavier?
Although im sure some of the airbus test pilots would like to have a go at rolling the A340, , would be so much easier with fly by wire.

    Errr…. A6-EYV is an Etihad A330 (c/n 272) ex C-GGWC of Canada 3000 and I-VLEE of Volare.

Oh well so much for me guessing it was EMA, about time I saw a new Etihad!

Excellent news, CDG should be wall to wall with british spotters in bars  ! Some good views from a few bars in T2, the way spotting should be done. Im sure we will find a few more to join us before the show.

Talking of the show anybody know what days the A380 will be there? Personally can’t see it being there the week, but hopefully the public days at least? Have the week off so may drive down if it’s only due certain days, may log the odd couple of hundred bizz while im there 😀 .

Just hope that it doesn’t use 9R. But that is unlikely due T5 cranes. At least with 9L I can get a photo through the fence after a dash from the visitor centre.
And I was going to wear my shorts tomorrow 🙁 .
Will post a confirmed ETA later

Thanks, just always wondered. Having just looked at my fleet list that makes sense as there are not many SE- reg aircraft in the fleet.
