    Well said Hand!! I was really angry when I logged in Monday morning (before the forum was taken off line) and I saw what had been done. I had just subscribed to a 24 hour internet access package and was looking forward to being able to spend more time on here and that happened. I missed posting on here these past few days and I am really glad it’s back. Well done to the Webmaster.

    I saw the photo of him being carried off, it was on the back page of my newspaper, and it was awful. Poor man, I cannot imagine how his family must feel to suddenly lose someone who had appeared so healthy.

    Thanks again for all your comments, I think it’s a shame that EI are to phase out the BAe 146, I enjoyed my flights in them.

    The VLM Fokker 50 was, as I said, totally unexpected as they don’t have regular services to DUB, must have been chartering for someone.

    I wish I could have done better with the Herc, don’t often see them in civvy colours, the one which is regularly in BRU is military.

    I can’t wait to go to DUB again, next year 🙂

    Roadworks!!! Sounds just like the hotel I stayed in when I was in Dublin last week. Roadworks all along the front, couldn’t take a photo there because of them, and there were some really nice buildings nearby as well.

    That looks like the same livery Ren Frew, I didn’t have my binoculars with me (silly me) so I had to rely on the telephoto lens of my Viewcam to see more distant things, from my distance the livery looked like it might be a harp but I can see from your pic that it isn’t. I had no idea as to the operator and the aircraft never moved while I was there so I couldn’t get a really good look.
