Peter,
Nice selection of photos there, the callsign “Persian” is an Isreali goverment aircraft, no idea what it was doing at London mind you.
Thanks
Jamie M
Nice selection, Silverjet looks great. Well done

Tony,
Great shots, is it a 400mm or 500mm for this range ? Liking the new Virgin scheme.
Thanks
Jamie M
Great photo’s Robert. Munich seems like a good airport with lots of movements, although trying to get away to Dusseldorf this year.
Thanks
Jamie M
Superb photos. The guy going head first into the sea is comical 😀 what a place, and definetly one to visit. How long were you away for ? Also, are the aircraft frequently landing at SXM ?
Thanks
Jamie M
Nice set DJ, the last Atlas photo looks light! well done.
Jamie M
Fred,
Super photo’s and everytime I look at them, they get better and better. Your work is simply just “superb” and these images prove that. Keep up the good work, and all the best.
Jamie M
Superb photos DJ, The RYR taking off into the sunset is a peach 😉
Thanks
Jamie M
Scott,
It certainly looks better, thanks for the that! Still waiting on the Firmware update from Canon, which is supposed to solve this problem on the 400D’s, thanks for the comments.
Thanks
Jamie M
Very nice shots man, going to Luton, next Saturday, will you be around ?
Thanks
Jamie M
Cool shots man, looks very hot! PIA are still operating an Air Mahon A310 at Glasgow, any idea when they will be returning with full PIA colours ?
Thanks
Jamie M
Some interesting stuff there Scotty, thanks for posting the details, myself and three other EMA regulars will be heading north on wednesday to have a look-see, has anything been released for whats expected in PIK? I can’t seem to find anything.
-Dazza:)
Daz,
No schedule released for PIK yet. Most of the flights will be shared among GLA and EDI, PIK will recieve the last few stay overs. Your best bet is visiting GLA on the Wednesday, as 2 x Corsair 744’s will be arriving, probably the most interesting out of the lot, and possibly a few MON 330’s and 75’s
Thanks
Jamie M
Very nice detailed report , with some nice photos. Niki look like a great airline to fly, those seats look tremendous 😀
Thanks
Jamie M
Thanks for the link and info Zoot, still very interesting, and a great looking Russian aircraft. I can remember the very incident Ren.
Thanks
Jamie M
This was an almost everyday occurence when I were a lad. Pretty sure I saw one myself over the Scottish western coast around 1982. Back in them days a pair of Phantoms would be deployed to discourage the visitors and they’d normally scarper swift style. I guess our tonkas don’t scare them as much ?
I don’t remember the NATO codename ‘Foxtrot’ being used before ? ‘Bear’ yes but not ‘Bear Foxtrot’ ??? T’would seem in this case they fancied a wee look at the joint marine exercise Neptune Warrior, well wouldn’t you ?
A stunning looking aircraft though, I wish I could go out on one of those recce missions…
Ren,
Yes you are right about the codename, got mixed up and looked back at the paper! Yes using Foxtrot, but Bear is in there, I know this is the name of the aircraft itself but not so sure. Must have been about Neptune Warrior, can’t think of anything else  , also you are right, not so scared of the Tornados, but wait until the Eurofighters arrive 😀 Thanks for the info on the rest there, must have some guts coming and knowing you may be threatened to be shot down  😉
Thanks
Jamie M
