its about a russian book, it was translated to spanish as
“la barrera invisible”
or the invisible barrier or something
it was about russian test pilots, such as Alexei Grinchik, and the tests of the Mig-9.
it was a wonderful book
and i’d like to find it again
in english or spanish, i dont care

does anybody knows about?

i believe that the swivel gearbox is already prett heavy, but sure they’ve calculated that…
maybe some more estructural armour or reinforcements maybe to survive AAA or something due to its posible proximity to the battlefield.

the name of the game is TACTICS and only well trained soldiers can get it. (besides the crappy weapons the argies had)
i’ve met a few argentinian conscripts from malvinas (or falklands?)veterans, all the knew was to march very nice, fire their weapon and obey orders to the letter, good for WW1 or before, but useless on modern warfare
