    From a post I read a while back it appears that Pleming is being paid 120K/year….Which seems to be quite a bit of wedge for a bloke who seems to do b*gger all except beg for money & make excuses.

    yes my spelling is poor and im ment to be a B at gcse, i tend to rush things and dont re-read them. Down to me being too lazy i spose

    im torn it would be fantastic but what they have is unique the bbmf has a lancaster so we rember the few thats why they have the only airworthy one in the uk to pay tribute but having 2 would make it nul and void its like haveing two memorials for the same things.

    POOR use of a smilie old chap….this event, handled very well by the pilot, would have caused him a few missed heart beats and poor old Robs some money to repair…not an amusing episode….deserves a 🙁

    it wasnt me in those sort of terms, there was a pic of some man surveying the torn up grass which is the least of everyones worries which made me laugh. No one was hurt and damage was minor

    that would be good so it will still be a friendly organisation and a fantasitic place to visit have a cup of tea and chat to the engineers 🙂

    I would like at the end of the day just the pannel thats abit tatty and that the cadets can “work” on and as and when i can get instrument fit them and then end up with a completed pannel

    Then we can move on to bigger and better things such as u/c legs and seats then finaly onto a cockpit once we have the skills

    I dont want to part with the cash for the initial pannel and id like parts for it to be easily avaliable so a type like a canberra or chippie where spares are easier than say a spitfire or hurricane
