    about the callcentres

Just finished working for a callcentre (dutch language though) in Dublin, grrreat fun

I have a solution to the british problem of Indian call centres, what the companies should offer is the following introduction.

“Your call will now be forwarded to India, if you prefer to speak to an telephone operator in the UK, please press 9, you will be charged 1.10 pound a minute though”

So there you go, either 20 minutes on the phone with India for free, or with an English agent, but you have to pay……

    Cheers

No Scuds were fired, the only SRBM that were fired that I recall were those Al-Samoud 2 missiles. The ones that were going to be destructed under UN supervision….

I do remember that a Silkworm hitted a local shoppingmall in Kuwait, but off course this is an anti-shipping missile and not a SRBM, did they fire any in the first place. If so what types?

The only news I can recall about Laos is that they ordered 12 Ka-32 and 12 Mi-171 but that only 6 or 9 helicopters were delivered before they ran out of funds. The mix of which type got delivered in which quanity is a big questionmarkt to me

Just wondering, what exactly would be the difference between a standard An-12BP and Y-8F200, I don’t see any visually differences

US Agent, as I said in my post, both the US and UK make frequent use of the An-124, even though they got their own transport aircraft.

The only intresting thing is that the UK and USA are not participating in this deal. But both countries have frequently used AA’s services to support the war against terror. I wonder why they don’t want to be included.

There hasn’t been a confirmation that any MiG-21Bis have been upgraded to the 2000 standard, but plenty have received refurbishment and maybe minor radio, IFF and other upgrades.

Just wondering, can I repost the news on other boards if I clearly state you as source including link and stuff like that?

Steve, if I use the African MiG’s book as reference then I can find that bort 511 black has been seen with a similiar camo in seen in 1997. Does that fit your time line.

Intrestingly is that a number of higher bort MiG-21Bis received a overall light blue-grey camo, also seen in 1997

A third intresting point is that the MiG-15UTI 101 has been printed with a different roundel then in the African MiGs book. I think its safe to say however that this new roundel has been applied after it flew with the older roundel.
