Oh so ” If you dont hurry up with the Beau we should take it back to Australia and in any case we can do a better job than you so there” is a good basis for a debate is it?
I think I’ll put this thread in the category of “what can I post to start an arguement” Something which is happeneing all too often these days.

She looks lovely and all ready to go! Have fun 🙂

What times kick off, If I can get there through the jet lag I will do.
See you Sunday?
I’m not sure luck has much to do with it. Hard work and dedication yes. Luck, no.
It think you’ll find there are three airworthy or nearly airworthy P-51’s at Duxford. Unless one has been sold while I am away.
Why not try it?
Because I choose not to. Any problem with that?
Why? I am happy with what I am getting at the moment.
I dont shoot RAW therefore no problem.
Anyway, life is too short

Greg got the photos from Eric Downing and Eric got them from me. I took them from the back seat of Clyde Zellers’ SNJ.
John Lomar was flying the Skyraider with Eric in the other seat as Eric hasnt had his final check ride yet.
It was a great way to spend an hour or two, I will post more photos when I get back from the US. In the meantime heres one of the Skyraider to be going on with. Oh and the best place to watch 3 warbirds beating up the field is from 200 ft above them.
The hangar party which followed was very good to 😀
If Patterson lets me leave I’ll be there.
You look like you’re hating every single minute of it
Its tough, but someone has to carry Steve’s bags 😉
Dunno, could be Australia (thats what the locals think I sound like anyway)
Weather 87 degrees and sunny, thunderstorms overnight.
The inflight catering on Air Patterson is lousy though. 🙂
PS No Gloves or Barf Bags were hurt bringing you these photos.
Shame about the weather. It was lovely where I was 😀
A wing stall in that configuration means a spin
Which is exactly what he did, a one turn inverted spin. The pilot caught it before it developed any further.
