Ok I do not normally get involved in these arguments but here is my worth.

1, Tony has said he does not claim ownership of LA456

2, The owner has not complained here himself, this has come via a 3rd party who in his opinon has said he wont be happy.

3, MK12 who are you? I dont have a clue.

4, If you look at Tony’s Hurricane it is made up from over 100 other hurricanes donators?

5, as this item is the basis of another cockpit project I cant wait to se it completed to tonys high standards.

I have know Tony for about 18 years of so and he would not try and foolanyone into saying he owns the I/D when he knows he does not.
    Rant over.

Looks very nice indeed – though at the risk of being shot down in flames, I did really like the IAC scheme. Made a nice change from the norm.

there is more than a poignant point in that remark.

the HE111 or the JU88? HE111 was at the top end of Foulness if i remember or you may be confused with the HE111 at Harwich of which parts are on Ebay on a regular basis from a fellow forumite.

The best one was: “If you shake my hand then you’ll be shaking the hand that has shaken the hand of Orville Wright”

    I did, so I have – haven’t I?

    Confused of Hertfordshire

So did I, so does that mean I have too? Bump, depending on when you shook his hand depends that you shook mine to or I shook yours:eek:

I am sure he passed a number of years ago now, I had the honour of meeting him a few times and the stories he told just kept you spellbound. The german shepheard dog one was the best !
    Colin.
