    It would be a good thing if we never sold another jet in foreign sales. By the time all the offsets/kickbacks are added up, the only person that is “buying” the jets is the U.S. taxpayer.

    We “sold” F-16s to Poland. We didn’t sell anything.

    What I mean is, prove to me that this peace of hardware will work. We, after all, are not talking about shooting down something as easy as an airplane. In the end, I would have to see how it performs in some tests. Having said that, it would be good to bid out to system like this. If you made a standard sensor / C3 net that could hand off to multiple weps,… This thing, PAC 3, Arrow. ABL. etc.

    I thought Gary would have gotten all their autographs by now:D

    J.R.s stuff has never been one of my top favorites, but he was a great writer and the movies are pretty good. That is what is so darn cool about the U.K. that I miss. You can’t walk 5 feet without stumbling into history. One of my favorite pubs was the Falcon in Huntington 😀 ( easy history question for SOC on the importance of the Falcon pub )

    Going to go see the new movie tonight.

    He’s been a loveable harmless fuzzball for a couple years. Check your back issues of National Geographic a few years back. Still hands out army and air force hardware to certain African locations every once and a while.
