Can’t they just build a massive extension to the Cold War hangar?
Or ask the guys to lend them another hangar.

It probably has no chance of happening.

Doesn’t excite me as much as the older lists did.

That isn’t art, its a waste of a good airframe…draw a line on a piece of paper and calling it ‘life’ that can be classed as art.

THere is one pic of XL569 in an early silver and orange scheme on Air Britain Photos, but are there any more of her in that colour?

Its from an RAF Chivenor film where they end up firing guns and rockets at ground targets and a flag towed behind a Meteor TT.20 tug.

Erm, technically shouldn’t both these aircraft count as historic now?
Same goes for the F-16, F-15, Tornado, Harrier.

The RAF Tornado GR.Mk.1 vid sure did bring back some memories of Cosford back in 1993, that’s when i first saw it.
I’ve been looking for it ever since.

Most of the outdoor exhibits, particularly the Shackleton and the Hastings.

Quick question, why don’t you put your aircraft onto concrete slabs?
They look like there sinking.
