Sidewinder had a reputation for going off on Crusaders during Vietnam. Zuni was also notorious. And sometimes Mk82 bombs were falling off the racks on landing. Lots of jettisoned ordnance is lying on the ocean’s bed.
Yes, I don’t think it fired, because the missle hasn’t got the rocket fired up. Just a case of failing savety.
I hate BB too, I loved the first show ever, but now too much orginised.
SO it that time again about 15 minutes until 12 new contestants enter the UK big bro house. Now I dont want to hear any boys moaning on it being good or bad.

Which other planes? :p
I know this is a bit of a strange question but I do need some help with it as I have failed to get an answer from anywhere else.
I am flying with Air France next week (BIQ-CDG-MAN-CDG-BIQ) and as I’m just going for the weekend I only want to take hand luggage. The problem is I want to take my electric razor but am unsure if this is allowed in the cabin. I know I can’t take a normal razor in hand luggage. I’ve checked AF’s website & phoned them but cannot get a straight answer (I was advised to put it in my checked luggage “just in case” but I do not want to check any luggage in case it should go missing as it would be a pain in the a**e when I’m only going to be in the UK one night).
If anyone knows what the general regulations or AF’s regulations are for electric razors (which can’t really harm anyone) I would be very grateful if you could let me know.
Thanks in advance
I have flown after September 2001 all the time with a razor (not electrical) in my hand luggae, Never had a problem with it. Just shows you how good security is.
No, definately not PRC policy on the situation. After hearing Plawolf and other mainland chineese members go off about how Taiwan is a renegade, breakaway province that has go come back under control of PRC, well it makes even less sense.
That’s what I meant, sorry. Both want to reunite under their own regime ๐ .
I read a small news brief in the local paper today about the Chinese (PRC that is) not being happy about the new Taiwanese president’s speech. It mentioned something about them “not being assured” or something like that.
First off, does anyone know exactly what they weren’t “assured” about?
Secondly, why does China have to act so threatening toward such a small country as Taiwan? (Not that Taiwan can’t defend itself…..just by looking at the ROCAF you can tell they are very well equipped)
What’s the point of acting like the “big bully”, so to speak?
Why doesn’t Taiwan just declare independence? It’s quite clear Taiwan, despite sharing some cultural similarities with the PRC I’m sure, is nonetheless a different nation.
What does the PRC have to gain by acting the way they do?
Taiwan and China are the same! It is one country. They both say that, but the legitimate government is in……..? When in 1948 (?) the Chinese government fled to the Island of Taiwan nobody recognized the new Chinese โCommunistโ Government. And the government of Taiwan was recognized as the government of the whole of China, although they had no power. Then the western government changed there policy and recognized the Chinese government in Beijing as the legitimate government. So Taiwan is not a country in that sense. Both countries want to reunite but under a different regime. So it is not that strange that either China or Taiwan say it out loud and have that kind of rhetoric.
Maybe it’s gonna be the fault of the company that built it…
First of all my condolences to the families and the best of wishes to all whom were injured. As a civil engineer I can say, you can’t determine the cause of such a collapse. It could be that the designer of the construction designed it too weak, the architect is at fault, the builder didnโt build it according to the plans, the materials werenโt up to specs and the regulation was not adequate are just a number of possible causes. So pure speculation at this moment.
So Marrocco is going to have quite an airforce upgrade: Mirage 2000-5 MK.2, F-16 A/B ADF and the F-16 C/D ๐
Van harte gefeliciteerd! Veel plezier in het oosten!
Happy birthday mate. Hope everything worked out for you OK.
That is very nice. I’m assuming this is ex-KLM and will be operating Amsterdam-Surinam? (hey that rhymes!) :p
Yes! It looks absolutly astonishing.
I wonder what the outcome was !!
What do you think?
