Always a very tricky situation, the pax might have been influenced by the BA stories or what ever they hear on the news. What I immediately thought was what did the flight crew do to prevent the situation getting out of control like that. There first duty is that to passenger safety and nothing else.

well normaly prices include taxes, the tickets are the exception, so I think this proposal is a good thing. Also for the airlines, the general public is a bit frustrated when they see the all included prices at the end.
