He, just because we go on holliday by plane, that doesn’t mean we want to miss out on our caravan and everything it it. The picture is amazing in the way that it is only one of those things hanging on to it with a plane full of Dutchman. 😀 😎

I have just read that despite the merge, both airlines will remain in their corprate ID.
Yes they will, but the title “Royal” isn’t something a compagny ownes it is giving to them and can be taken away again.

But on the + side, one of the Dutch tv stations (either NOS or RTL) reported that the KLM could continue using the K. This dispite them loosing the “royal” by default. Since the KLM is no longer Dutch, they may no longer use the “royal” in their name.Another idea I just had:
the Netherlands has some very favourable tax laws and quite a few companies are OFFICIALLY Dutch, even though they hardly do anything in the Netherlands. Airbus Industrie for instance is a Dutch NV!
Now what if the new holding company where registered as a Dutch NV. This has 2 advantages. KLM would remain Dutch so they are allowed to use their trade mark. Add to that the tax breaks and… voila… as the Frenchs would say!
I must say I like it very must, very much indeed.

It’ s still an interesting question to ask isn’ t it? Does any know the answer. I would say around 1.000 flights a day across the Atlentic.

Never been to the States, but what I gather from TV and other media, I would say New York. Totally different from anything we have in Europe, so if I would go to the States, it would be the place to visit.

Yes all of the above, well done and good luck.
