Hi Ollie,
The 1990s fit for the PR.9 incorporated Omega equipment.
Not quite the same part numbers
Omega Receiver/Processer Unit 10ZZ/471300
Omega Pallet Assy (with blower and thermostat) 457348-03
Omega Control Display Unit 510028-2 (5826-99-644-6635)
The AP reference is 116B-0617-1A
RPU was located on the rear equipment bay shelf between frames 27 and 29 if you can source a post 1990s photo of this area.
The PR.9 parts may be slightly better source of lookalike that the “Blue Peter” painted cornflake box.

Ross
Any chance of a picture of the RPU so we can see if other platforms used the beastie?

Anything that has a lifting hood is too early for the D Type. It needs to be a sliding one.

Both your panels are late post war D Types.
Newark is a wartime A and B Types

Hi Elliott,
As an alternative to blasting and painting use a soak in Deox C followed by a coating of microcrystaline wax.
The Deox C will remove the surface corrossion without too much base metal being taken away.
http://www.bilthamber.com/deoxc.html
The wax is reversible and will seal the surface against further corrosion (It’s used for suits of armour!)

Hi Cees,
Four oxygen economisers to complete the batch order for the Trenton Halifax.
Mint Mk22 Oxygen Reg (pressure jerkin version) for the PR.9.
Pile of Jones Plugs & Sockets for the 1155/1154
Hydraulic pump for the Merlin.
Few other xmas stocking fillers
and, best of all…
caught up with news from 11 other cockpit builders.
It’s why this event is so good!

Dive info can be quite a bit out of date.
In this case the publication it came from is almost 10 years old and it refers to a report made in 1956!.
Plotted on 1652, 12/08/98.
Charted as 12.7m wreck.

Hi Cees,
The base and actuating lever are very similar to those on the Anson II.
May make part of the device.
I do not have a good piccy of the gear but Peter may be able to round you up a better one.

Hi Andy,
They came from the Vickers Virginia X AP1363 (Lion Series V fitted).
What version of Lion are you working on?
I have an original Lion Series XIa AP1342, 1st Ed, Nov 1928. It incorporates AL No.1, June29, AL No.2 Sept31 and AL No.3 Jan34.
Glad to help with any info

Ross
Found them..
Hi,
Found a frontal piccy of the rad & shutters in the u/c section (nice detail of leather covered strap that holds it in place).
Also attached is the cockpit for general interest.
Think that there is a GA drawing of the cooling system that will help with dimensions and panel lines but need to add this later.

Hi Ritch,
