Indeed. AdA continues to participate in Red Flag excercises and the French Navy has very good relations with the US Navy………hardly the enemy she’s made out to be.

I tend to agree with scooter……..and France DOES have the most effective carrier after the US.

Just finished “Red Star Rogue”……..bout the K-129 and project Jennefer…….the author claims the CIA recovered the WHOLE sub……pretty interesting.

Would really love seeing the FAA training carrier pilots with the USN and Aeronaval!!! Maybe even put a few of the T-45s in Royal Navy markings……..(oooo Sea Hawk T.1!)

Knowing the reputation of the Taiwanese armed forces….I’m thinking their 2 subs are probably in pretty good shape……

I agree with Scooter…….hope the Brits have the stones to actually build them………not EVERY crisis in the world is going to be in the mid-east with a plethora of convienient airbases…….and Harrier Carriers are just no substitute for “the Real Thing”……

I don’t see why the US should let the Brits have the F-35……..We’ve NEVER sold high tech weapons to them befor (except Polaris and Trident and Phantom and Tomahawk and MLRS and AWACS and AMRAAM ) and I see NO reason to start now!
