It is one good lookin plane! I’v heard noyhing but good things about it (other than price) Really hope it gets some orders……..maybe India?

Just got the latest “International Airpower Review”…….has a GREAT article on the French CdG………but it states the “typical” air group would consist of 8 Rafales, 12 SEMs 2 Hawkeyes and 5 helos. Is this corect? Only 12 SEMs? I was under the impression she usualy had 20-24 of them, plus the fighters. Anyone else hear anything like this?

Just saw a documentary that mentioned HMS Unicorn……poss a ship of the line……where is she moored? What is her condition?

Well……against the realm of ALL possibility……..suppose The Brits make their 2 CVFs CTOL………France builds a second CV……..and maybe Germany builds a carrier (call it Graf Zeppelin)…..THEN there could be a European CV training program………..will NEVER happen, but its neat to think about.
