Ofcourse not, but France is just different without the millions of Germans, Dutch and Belgians thundering with their caravans through the autoroute du soleil. :p

I was however supprised to see houses are so expensive in the Provence. I thought it would be cheap to buy a nice little fermette and renovate it yourself but it’s costing millions.

OK, seems like this forum really is worthless piece of crap. Apart from Hand nobody even did the effort to contribute something. 😡 😡 😡 It’s sad to see discussions here can’t reach any further than the level of “what was the colour of your sh!t this morning”-polls.

Anyway, what suprises me in this constitution is the fact that there will be a way left open to leave the EU. Actually, this was also in the Soviet constitution. But if a country would leave the EU, without directly being punished, wouldn’t it suffer a lot from the economic consequences?

Hand, apart from the Commission there will also be a “president” of the EU, who would take over the role of the EU-presidency, which is now a rotating system among the memberstates. This will make it a lot cheaper.

And Snapper, you Britons don’t have to pay much to the EU anyway, all buildings etc are either being paid by the Belgian, Luxembourg or French taxpayer. If you have to pay the EU that’s because the UK is breaking a rule, but due the EU, especially in the field of finances and business, there has been saved a lot of money.

Actually I kinda like France … drinking and eating all day, going to bed early: 11 o’clock that was the time I fell asleep after consuming a nice bottle of Gigondas (Cote du Rhone, which is much better than any Bourgogne I can guarantee you).

I did gain some kilograms, but no prob. When I’m rich and famous, I think I’m going to move there. 😀

Maybe it was due the cold weather (mistral) or the fact that there weren’t any tourists, but France and the French are really enjoyable this time of the year.

Thanks people, I was on a trip to France.

Anyway, 20, it’s mighty old. 😎 From now on, I consider myself to be an adult. (won’t last longer than 3 days I guarantee you)

Seems these patens have a ****ed off life. Probably they failed in everything they want to achieve, are so frustrated right now, and want to hide their own problems through their son.

Actually folks aren’t strict at all and I can do whatever I want, but as long as I’m living home, and can go to college, I see no reason why I should object to the “house-rules”. Otherwise, I have to work and find my own appartement which I find a fair deal. If I start to work and still stay at home, I will have to give a percentage of my wage.

Actually I’m far too lazy to be a rebel :p hence I never experienced these problems. I just lay in the sofa, and say “yes, mum”, “no prop.”.

Anyway, this is my last post for this week. I’m on a small trip to the Verdon (southern France). When I get back I’ll be 20 myself so lets hope that I never experience the same problems as your mate.

    Au revoir et à bientot.

My condoleances. But to be honest, It would be hypocrit of me to say I’m in a deep shock right now, but she has done some good things. However, the day our queen mum (fabiola) dies there will be some people (especially the “royal-guards) celebrating in Brussels.

The idea of moving a whole country sounds absurd. wasn’t Israel (or the Jews) thinking of moving to Argentina in 1945?
