9am Saturday morning it thundered off RW31, surprised at the lack of peope to see it depart, anyway, it’s due back very soon!

Great pictures there! Departed on the 23rd as flight number VI 2539 enroute to Houston.

The Qantas budget airline subsidiary Jetstar will begin twice-daily flights between Sydney and Brisbane from December 4 for $39 one way.
The Sydney-Brisbane route carries over 3.8 million passengers a year.

So the equivalent fare would be £16.50 or 24 euros? Why don’t you have pounds anyway?:D

Seems to reinforce my point about the ‘tagger mentality’. You cannot hide this activity under pseudonyms like ‘exploration’ or ‘historical research’.

Don’t know, hope this is not another ‘Archibaald’ stunt like he pulled a couple of nights ago on the Military thread on an aircraft identity question!

I don’t think there’s any verification. Most likely a spammer, will be taken care of.

Edit: I checked, the name isn’t there anymore. If I remember correctly, there is now a manual acceptation procedure by the webmaster.

Great, the system advances and progresses! How do we know Steve Rowell is not a pseudonym?:D

It is in Panama city by all accounts.

Winchester used to be just NW of Worcester at a place called Cutnall Green, but mover to Didcot in the early 1990s and has now effectively ceased to exist in the UK at all.

    Moggy

    Thanks, very educational!

Funny, Winchester was in its usual place when I visited it last month just north of Southampton and to the west of the M.3.
