Yes, I consider it a complete and unbiased analytical report on the accident. It is interesting that the crash is not included in some accident databases which I am trying to correct. I was eighteen at the time and in the area and I can not remember any recollection of the event. The Aquila Airways crash seven years earlier was much more vivid in my memory.

Yes, a bush fire, but the police are investigating it as ‘suspicious’.

Thanks for your kind words regarding the fire at YBRS. A total of 3 aircraft was lost including the Cirrus Moth. At this time I am unable to confirm the rego info on this aircraft. However, your info regarding the Moth seems probably correct. Other aircraft lost include a Oster and home built Jabiru. In the subject box please click on the link to see photos. The last 3 or 4 photos show the engine and fuel tank to the moth.
