Well, I did take it in the ’80’s I think…

Me-109, don’t forget to check out the DC-3 Mosquito Bombers at Marathon on the way down. Sugarloaf Key’s strip is worth a look in too. I found a really nice Beech 18 there on one of my visits. There used to be one or two WACO UPF-7’s joy riding at Key West. I flew a WACO YMF-5 from Marathon, but I think that’s long gone now. If you haven’t already done it, take the Caravan amphib from Key West to the Dry Tortugas.

Thanks for telling me that, I love the keys, so much to see, we always head out to Fort Jefferson (AMAZING!) and usually end up in the Rum Barrel in the evening after a stroll around Key West.

Will keep a look out for other aircraft stuff and will keep you informed 😀

I also like the comment at the beginning that the spitfire was conceived on the eve of WW2 !

I almost paid £30 for this in 1993 at Popham Aerojumble and realised it was a ‘DUD’ 🙂

A well presented programme considering it was only 30 mins long, if it was the terrible show ‘X Factor’ it would have been on longer and the moaners in this thread might be a bit happier! 😀
