What I can’t understand about Global warming, is that here in the south east the weather remains rather pleasant. Yet elsewhere the weather is usually pretty bad. Does anyone know what’s causing this strange state of affairs? 🙂 Perhaps Hurrifan might be able too answer this question….

definitely the tail hit here in Ireland since yesterday…very high winds this morning and the rain had to be seen to believed…very bad floods in various parts of the country mostly Counties Cavan and Monaghan.

Sorry too tell you this but there is another Hurricane further south heading for the Azores, I hope it dosn’t come this way or we are in big trouble. Keep your fingers crossed. 😮

Home Terroism..

When are we going too wake up and face reality. Britain is no longer an imperialist power, we can’t go around the world as if we own it. We no longer have a great Navy or Air Force, we are in danger of becoming the laughing stock of the world. In my opinion we should withdraw our troops from Afghanistan and Iraq. Even Africans don’t want us interfering with their affairs. We need too fight terroism at home not abroad.

Drum and Base conceptual sound.

I reckon drum and Bass too be full of life, with cool undertones setting the scene in my mind. You can meditate too drum and bass, you can dance too it and you can listen too it while doing something. There is no other modern music that comes near it in terms of variety of sound. So from a modern music point of view D and B kicks where others falter. I think D and B should be up there with heavy metal . :diablo:

Ice age, mans greatest threat.

Oh dear After reading the paper this morning it now appears Global warming may bring on another ice age. So it looks like a catch 22 situation with frightening consequences. We are in one heck of a mess, looks like troubles ahead and there is little we can do about it. 🙁

Global warming will stop another Ice age.

Just for the record, a couple of scientists have stated in the past that global warming will prevent the planet going into another Ice age. They say this is because the atmosphere is filling up with cosmic partcles of dust,which will eventually reduce the suns heat leading too an Ice age. So in fact global warming may not be that bad after all, it’s the best of both evils. However the Met office dispute these findings, so who is right? 😉
