RE: School can be so cruel!
I was once at an school reunion and two girls from my old class almost attacked me when they heard what my proffesion was. They where tree huggers as Geforce would say. They where against war and voilence. Strange girls against voilence and than attacking a other class mate who was also in the military. We kicked them out and start partying.
Just as i do not understand the extreme left wing demonstrators demonstrating for peace and love and demolisch a town.
Strange people.

RE: Iraq; a question of oil.
you’re right about the US but I was telling about oil and If there where large quantities over there the war would be over in moths rather than years. THE WORLD IS ALL ABOUT OIL!!! The one who controls the oil is verry power full. As whe seen in the Netherlands in 1974 when you choose side for Israel. And the US wants to control the oil.
I know it stange to say and a smack in the face when you’re from the balkans. The same with Holland, Whe are only inportand for our big rivers into Germany and our harbour otherwise we are useless.
The only liberated parts of our country in WW2 for strategic reasons.
(operation Market garden) and the captare of some Islands in the south to get acces to the port of Antwerp and the rest of the netherlands was later free of nazi’s than large parts of Germany.
The rest of the Netherlands was of no use.

RE: Iraq; a question of oil.
Its all about oil, why else should the US go there?!
Lets say it different, Why is’nt the crisis on the Balkans over?
There is nothing of value to get there. No great oilfields or large stocks of other raw material. If there was a large oil field in lets say Bosnia wich was as big as one in lets say Kuwait the war over there would be over verry soon. Now the most people in the world do not care what is happening over there. But Irak they follow because when the war overthere starts the gas prises at the gas station will go up. Thats what Yoe Average does’nt want. Maybe someone else could say where for the US want to go there. He does’nt bother about africa, they did that once and see wat happend(somalia).
When there was no oil in the middle east no one would care about that region just like they know do with Africa.
