    He’s doing a fantastic job on this one. Anyone who can shake things up a bit to try and persuade our kids to eat healthy gets my vote. He’s certainly exposed the issue at national level,and that can only be a good thing.

    Lossie is one of my favourite places. That endless beach, and magnificent views out over the Firth from Prospect Terrace.Pubs are goos too.
    Spent many happy hours there years ago watching the Shacks going in and out, Jags as well, with the occasional F111

    A trip on Waverley is a great day out. Stand in the passageway through the engine room and watch those massive pistons with the shiny brasswork and drink in the aroma of the hot oil wafting up as the paddles churn the water to foam just a few feet away. Marvellous!

    Anyone know how many “1-111’s” were used? Looks a lot in the film. Wonder what happened to all the flyers (apart from the one already mentioned)

    I agree wholeheartedly with Steve on this. Its only something to do when you’ve nothing else to do. Not real life. Some of the posters here get way too wound up about what is, essentially, a pastime, and a bit of an escape from their real world.
