Cheers guys!
The airport ICAO code is TFFJ James, and that scenery you have to pay for. Its made by FlyTampa 🙂
Thanks for the comments guys!!! 😀
Thanks, Elgan. Just out of curiosity is the Mach Loop anywhere near there? We whent to Betsy-y-coed (Mind the spelling) and there was 2x Hawk’s going through the Valley’s.
Hey Sam! Sure is! Betws-y-Coed, and my village 4 miles south, are right in the middle of it. And a random question, you didn’t pass by the tourist info office by any chance did you??
And if you were here last week, Hercs were passing thru daily, very low as per usual!
My bank manager won’t be happy again! Just gone and bought FlyTampa’s new scenery, which covers St.Maarten, Saint Barthelemy and Saba! So took my BA Twotter (a tad far from home) on a recce, then this mornign flew St.Maarten to Saint Barthelemy, sorry for the overload of shots for such a short flight, but that approach was simply stunning!!
Taking the Twotter out

Then this morning’s flight

That’s it for my Easter flying, back to Uni today!

Probably unfair to comment on whether he’s coping or not, as to the best of my knowledge none of us have proved we can do any better, but it certainly makes you realise how simple the LHR ‘follow the greens’ system is by comparison.
I sat on the flightdeck for landing today and our taxi instructions as we left the runway were “follow the greens, stand 176.”
Probably one of the only few pleasant experiences @ LHR right?? :p
On previous form, it’s just as likely to end up leased out to Air India or someone……… :diablo:
Hehe very true!
Not bad! I guess this one wil be dedicated on the LPL-JFK route??
I’m afraid you have to part with some cash for that James, and its one complex aircraft. So if you are not a fan of FMC’s, Overheads etc, then this is not for you. Search for SGA on AVSIM for a nice free Mad Dog! 😀

Looking very very familiar Sam :D:D EGCK 15 miles away from my home!!
I’ve flown G-CBXJ like you, but I flew in the left hand seat 😉 Ha! :diablo:
And just of note, Dad’s flown in G-MAAA, after a suspected heart attack, which happened 3 months ago, but in the end it wasn’t a Heart Attack, just a pulled chest muscle
And another note, thats the 1st time i’ve seen the summit of Snowdon, without the cafe, which is being rebuilt. As a local, you don’t walk Snowdon, and you certainly don’t go up on that money machine which is the Train :p
Well I did one flight today, using Maddog 2006, and I experienced one of the worst in-flight weather i’ve had! Flew from Sanford to Wichita, Kansas for Allegiant Air!

Weather Radar says it all!

My word! I know its a stressful job, but thats just incredible!
Still got European air charters 737-200s going strong infact were getting one into NCL weekly come the summer!!
Yes but I was talking about the days when at MAN, you had BA 732’s going on European flights, Ryanair 732’s blasting off and Britannia 732’s.
I traveled many times on BA 732’s to GVA, DUS and NCE, from MAN.
And i’m not from NCL so I won’t see them anyway 😉
Call it what you will, it still doesn’t in any way change the fact that 707’s and DC-10’s are way better looking than 738’s! 😀
Hehe true, I do miss the BAC 1-11’s and 727 roaming our skies in the UK. I even miss those 737-200’s!
