    Nice to know so many children here are still living in WWII 😮
    now I’m more convinced Japan needs weapons..

    after all there are some countries that can’t be like the eevil French, Brits and Germans who killed each other’s generation worth of young men in two wars, yet get along very well today. :rolleyes:

    Obviously the Growler is a more versatile EW platform than the F-16CJ.

    Glad you agree that the Growler is the best EW fighter ever built. 😎

    Oh, and for those of you not paying attention, the Super Fighters magazine in question is the latest Key Publishing special issue thing, like the Tomcat vs. Hornet and X-Planes 2 issues they’ve done in the past.

    Could you please provide some of the rankings they provided.. I remember they had Mirage 2000, Viggen, Tornado, F-15, and the Typhoon. THey might have had the F-16..i’m not too sure about that one.. It was so awful, I put it back down.

    Is Mukhamedov bureau from Tatarstan or Bashkortostan or what? The name sounds awfully Muslim and a type of surname you would find on a Tatar or Bashkir.

    I think they should stay “Eastern” as in F-7MGs and invest in Super Tucano variants and spend more money on the army

    Over the weekend I did a quick stop in Greece to deliver something, and managed to have an interesting conversation with this Greek chap.

    Seems like Rafale is strongly considered, especially since it can already use the existing weapons of the M2K. not to mention it is cheaper.

    wow, looks really good, a bit much more impressive than the Chile and Singapore versions, although since the Brazilian upgrade also uses a Grifo radar like Singapore, couldn’t it theoretically use the AMRAAM too? I am assuming Grifo X is an improved version of Grifo S

    I realize there are a ton of people that hate the Super Hornet here, but I respectfully ask that no one posts anything about how much they hate or anything. I just would like a normal discussion about this particular version without it degrading into a slugging match.

    Preceisely. Look for fewer and fewer American contracts in the future. The time to move away from America’s is NOW.

    if what ye say is true, then the Rafaleish and Sukhoieth have the most chanceeth.

    After all the Taifun hasn’t exactly moved away from critical American components yet has it.. let alone the Gripen 😀
