Hi, Many thanks. Unfortunately it will only save it as an art image or a bitmap and for some reason or another I am only seeing a blank picture!
That should be fixed if you empty your ‘temporary internet files’ folder.
Good you could find us DJ – welcome back, always nice to see someone from the Old Guard again!
Another wheel on the axis of evil :diablo: North Korean MiG-21F-13 or possibly J-7A (Does anybody know which?)…
Great find, and love the caption on the second pic :diablo:
Since the Fishbeds on the first pic appear to have cannons on the left side of the fuselage, those should be J-7s. MiG-21F-13s have their single 30mm cannon on the right side, J-7s have one gun on each side. Can’t be too sure though, as there still is a fairing on the left side of the fuselage. Perhaps you can see it better on the original.
Ex-Polish MiG-21bis’es.
Can anyone give the previous whereabouts of that Javelin? I think it’s the only surviving Javelin on the mainland, if i’m not mistaken.
That ‘Russian Su-17M4’ with the sharkmouth is actually a former German Su-22M4, but they did a really excellent job in copying the sharkmouth one of the Russian machines at Templin had (see this pic on Airliners).
No need to combine any one of the NavSat systems with one of the other systems. One NavSat + LORAN will give you a centimetric accuracy.
Who the hell are they? I take it I wouldn’t want to know?
You don’t want to know, honestly.
I always liked ‘zest’
Here’s a crop of a larger J-10 photo that I’ve never seen before. Unsure if the foreground and parts of buildings were added to the picture. But the J-10 inself looks real enough.
That J-10 is pretty stripped: quite a bit of fuselage panels off, no canopy, a panel from the fin missing… Ground instructional airframe?
Forgot another one: that AQM-34 drone they cloned.
Aviation-wise, the aircraft museum in KrakΓ³w is absolutely excellent and has a collection which ranks amongst the best. The city is beautiful (and great fun!) as well, and Auschwitz isn’t too far away either – the latter definately make you feel terrible for some time to come.
We rule … π
Thanks, that’s what i needed. Being reminded of the Wee Papa Girl Rappers π
Chicken wings! My Lola is usually extremely polite and respectful when i’m eating – the care she displays when she’s eating out of my hand not to hurt me is really unbelievable’. Except… Chicken wings! Drumsticks! Suddenly she decides my hand holding the grilled poultry is the living animal which needs to be killed to get that delicacy, and with a bit of luck even the bone ends up devoured in the chicken binge.
Great eyes too. Never seen any creature which can go from minimal narrow pupils to huge black holes in less than half a second.
Shouldn’t any negotiations about a possible Gripen purchase be with BAe? They are the ones taking care of the international marketing of the JAS-39, not SAAB.
Yes, some of the posters on Pakdef have very reliable info, the combination of there reports and the Flight listing of MI-35s does lead me to believe its true.
Possibly that same attitude got the Mi-35s listed in the Pakistan entry in the FI directory  Anyway, mentioning Mi-35s being delivered from Ukraine is a giveaway that the info is NOT reliable – if the helos would have been Ukrainian, they would have been Mi-24s…
Just found a nice one in one of the older FI directories: Dutch A129 Mangustas π
