There are plenty of prescription drugs which are far worse than marijuana – a pretty normal (but hefty) painkiller like Tramal for example is little more than tablet-form opium, and even fairly common medicines like ritalin are a lot more dope-like (ritalin sells well in the circuit!) than marijuana.

Funny thing is that the country which is the most rigid on any sort of (even remotely) entertainment drugs, is also the country which has the right to pursue happiness in it’s constitution. Somehow, i can’t rhyme those two.

It’s a stupid law anyway. Irish pubs are so impregated with cigarette smoke that a ban won’t help a thing. It will take centuries before those drinking holes are aired enough to make them noticably less dangerous. But by that time we’d be dead anyway.

The stupid thing is, with all those nice schemes and laws to promote everyone’s health and stop ourselves from dying in traffic and such… i’m going to die at some point anyway, could i at least die from doing something fun? I don’t think anyone has been given eternal life yet because of a smoking ban or a job-sponsored membership to the gym.

Anyone fancy going to a pub in Ireland with me? Bring a file or a saw and some asbestos. That’s legal.

Hey, at least it’s a VX-9 bird. You know, the Evaluators. And any test reporting on the Subpar Hornet can only be… well, ‘constructive’. If there is one unit where they will blatantly admit having traded a hangar queen for a drag queen, it will be VX-9.

And Estonia has Peetri Piizza, but you can’t take a dump there as nicely as in the Riga McDonalds. I’m proud to say that the two times i was in Riga, i visited McD both times for doing just the final stage of my digestion. No matter how much they loathe the Russians, they still have some nice shashlizhnayas there.

I just can’t understand why a city like Daugavpils needs to be protected by the NATO umbrella though. I can accept cities like Kaunas, Vilnius, Riga and even Tallinn, but Daugavpils? Pure Hell.
