Star Wars – Revenge Of The Sith.

Doesn’t get any better with time – I still think Mr Lucas has a lot to answer for, 2 outstanding original films (Star Wars & Empire Strikes Back) then he insists on writing scripts with laughable dialogue and a stream of passing characters designed I’m sure to sell toys.

Give me “Episode IV” any day…. and Luke Skywalker is a big girl’s blouse and Han Solo is, and always will be the Man……

I was in Hollywood in 1981, we stayed with a bit part actor who worked with the Star Wars crowd. He told me way back then that there were 7 films/stories written. Whether it’s the same ones popping out now I dunno.

I myself did stop taking registrations down a while back, hence I have hundreds of books with allsorts of data capture in them, so as we now live in an electronic society I have decided to try and capture these in a more modern way with views to exporting to a database, each to there own.

No, I wasn’t having a dig, what other data do you store?

I know how you feel. I wanted to do the same after I saw that video! :diablo:

But he didn’t jump off a cliff.
He leapt off something and grabbed a flagpole, wide angle lens making it look higher than it was.

Run Loren, RUN…..keep running and don’t ever look back! :diablo:

I showed the vid to my missus.
Apart from nearly vomitting, she said “His body looks OK but there’s nothing downstairs for a gal to run back for”

I think that could be the answer!

My missus spent 3 hours (This was 3 calls due to the “59 minute free” lark) on the phone to her pal, that she is seeing this Sunday!

I got a call on my mobile (Because he couldn’t get through!) and the call went: –
Caller…..”It’s Jim, pub, Saturday at 8″
    Me………”OK”
    click.

Do you think I should have asked him what he was going to wear?

    Hmmmm. I dunno.

“You owe me a flatscreen……..it’s covered in coffee!” doesn’t quite have that certain je ne sais quoi, does it?

    LoL2!
It would get a date, that’s for sure!

I succeeded in Safeways (Chorlton, M/cr) years ago with “Move away from the fridges please, you’re so hot the stuff’s melting” (I got it from a film but can’t remember which one) so I’m sure I could follow up the flatscreen comment with some nicely targetted quip.
