I’d struggle to care less to be honest. My point was RH that it seems pretty much anyone can become ‘lord’ with the right connections. The whole Archer business made the Upper House a farcical thing to me.

I can think of few less deserving recipients of the title and whether or not there are others less deserving even than him,

I’ve no problem with Prescott becoming a Lord, as GA said there’s far less worthy incumbents in the Upper House.
In fact, after watching his appearance hosting Have I got News For You recently, I think he may have actually earned it! 🙂
