As I was arriving at Duxford, I could see the Catalina disappearing into the east. It was followed by Sally B, which flew off to the east , and about an hour later the Sabre took off and flew east.

Being currently sat in the dentist’s waiting room is making me feel the need to swear. I object to paying someone for the privilige of having my teeth counted when i know fully well they’re all there… And i’ve just been told she’s well behind schedule and I’ll have to wait ages longer 🙁

Chaps, there seems to be two camps here. one saying it’s 100% accurate, one saying it’s 100% inaccurate.
The two camps will never agree on a middle ground, that’s obvious from the way the arguement seems to be escalating.
So can we all just agree to disagree, before this descends further into personal insults? Because that’s the way it’s going. And personally, with all the good works at Brunty I like to read about on here, I don’t want the Mods to lose patience which I suspect is wearing thin and shut the thread down.

The important thing, personal opinions aside, is it’s one of only two left live. And it’s only live due to a lot of hard work by volunteers. The colour may or may not be accurate, so what, how significant is that compared to the alternative of people not being arsed with it and letting it go rot?
And how would those on here cribbing it feel if those who give their time to look after her read the criticism on here and said ‘well knackers to it, why do we bother?’ and gave up?
Maybe it’s not right, but it’s a hell of a lot better than the alternative- the scrapheap.
