could you please correct the spelling from Suadis to Saudis on the thread heading. 🙂
Is it the Airlines fault or the ground agents?????????
If the ground handling is privitised then the ground agents.
Sub forums are very annoying as i have expressed before. I living example of this is the forums at http://www.airwise.com. Amazingly knowledgable people there but a terrible format. A different froum for each major airline.
Forgot to mention. Love the toilets in the B777, the biggest I have seen! You can actually walk around in there. 🙂
I quite agree, theres actually space in 777 toilets, unlike the 747 ones.
Yes, Air Europa has schedules services and flies inside Spain but although to some European cities (Paris, London…) and they even have some Latin American sxcheduled destinations.
So none of them really enters in conflict with any Skyteam member.
And I think they also code-share with Continental to New York so if the latter is also joining Skyteam, it makes even more sense 🙂
And i dont think so Skyteam ahs any hold in the Latin Americans sector? So if they operate scheduled services to Latin America it adds Skyteam although not a big scale, but a medium scale in Latin America.
I am not sure what Air Europa’s operations are, but if they are domestic and they operate into sectors that not many scheduled airlines operate too, it makes perfect sense for them to joining an alliance. Its just the simple tactic of expanding ones circle to every corner of the globe. Star Alliance is doing this by getting into talks with some domestic carriers in Asia such as Jet Airways and one Chinese airlines which i cant remember.
Geedee i would take no notice of KabirT’s remark’s, i have flown most type’s in the airbus range(A300,A310,A319,A320,A321), & will later this year fly Virgin A346,& Northwest A333 & A319.
I can honestly say that all flight’s in Airbus aircraft have been enjoyable & at no time did i feel unsafe.
Over to you KabirT????????.
I am not basing my comment on air. I have flown the A330 a few times myself and didnt like that aircraft one bit. My worst flight from comfort level till now has been on Swissair A330, a horrid 6 hours. It is just my opinion, you should take both the positive and negative parts of an opinion related question such as the Geedee has asked. If someome doesent like the A330, you would sadly have to live with that.
If i were you Geedee, i would avoid the A330 and would rather take a boat! 🙂
That is great news indeed.
I just hope they dont get any Airbus.
Crossing the pacific on a 737….. sheer torture.
Not surprised to see this problem come up, and Airbus will definately come through it, they are no morons out there. But how effectivly, thats what we will have to see.
nice pics Ren. 🙂
Yes a few TU 134 are used in the biz jet role, one was featured in AW long back in an all blue c/s and vert posh interiors.
These are very ignorant mistakes that newspapers do. Although the masses dont realize it.
