yes sounds good…but lets see how far it is implemented.
hopefully will end soon. I dont like this show. :p
I like that one.
I am all for it! 😀
great work Sandy.
this news was posted 2 weeks ago. 😀
I want an ipod…too expensive though.
kabir, I wasn’t inferring that Embraer/CNA (thanks robbelc) has anything to do with the production or design of the Saras, just that the layout was similar. It’s a great looking aircraft. I hope it does well.
oh alright Neil…. i think India should market this aircraft in the third world well, it does have potential.
If Airbus amkes the “Light”…. that would be the studpidestmove by Airbus till date.
Best Of Luck for the future Wys! 😉
just out of curosity….have flood and anna ever even met?
Does anyone else think that SARAS is not a very good name considering the similar name of the superbug that infected that approximate region fairly recently?
umm that was Sasser not Saras….and Saras in Hindi is a bird, a crane.
This project had nothing to do with Embraer and the project with Embraer wont take off the ground anytime soon. Altough the project with Russia to make the SU 12 might get underway in the near future.

tenthije has got the right idea.
Ideally that is what they should do. What ever happened to the A330-100? It had a shortened fuselage, but with all the advanced A330 features. It was designed to replace the A310? The A300/A310 wing is overbuilt also, weight could be stripped out of those wings further I believe. Also, getting rid of the centre fuel tank int he A330Lite would save sapce and weight.
that was the A330-500 not the 100.
SQ will be the launch customer for the A380 in 2006. So, the first route may be to LHR(maybe onto JFK), HKG, NRT, SYD, or even SFO? Any speculation or ideas?
I might think it can be NRT or SYD…if its SYD ill be there. 😀
I’ll soon be planning a robbery in your home Andy..and dont worry ill just take the models. 😀
Are they planning to replace every single Jaguar, Mig-21 and 23 in IAF? Or just some?
upgradation of most models is more likely than totally replacing these models, they construct a big part of the backbone of the IAF and replacing them just like that is not possible.
