Unfortunately thanks to the internet the whole thought of two ears to listen more and one mouth to speak less is down a hole these days.
wawkr, it’s a revolutionary concept, but if you don’t have anything intelligent or constructive to say, don’t say it!

Because it is nothing new for US air force/navy operating there aircrafts off British bases, being close military allies.
For any further queries please start a new thread in the Modern Military section.

@Scorpion: Cheers for the info, was not instigating a Britain Vs France thing anyway.
The thing is, French are more shrewd in their business tactics than the Brits.
I predict this going in favor of the French.
The BEA (the French air accident investigation office) reports it has found the shell of AF447’s flight data recorder, but not the crash survivable memory unit that stores the data.

January 2012!! I never knew it was this close to going into service!.. Don’t think i’ll be flying on one if i can avoid it, does NOT look a safe aircraft to me (i know being built by boing it probably is…just don’t fancy relying on my flying tube to be made out of the same material as tonka toys!!)) :D:D
well you will be having a very hard time choosing a flight in the next few years then. 😎
