i prefer SST anyday over travelling in a a/c with 600 people in it. I think econoical SST is very much possible. Concorde is expensive because it takes a lot to maintain that machine. Otherwise the pruposed sonic cruiser by boeing will be quite economical.

you wont see any more new tri-jets. Bombardier recently made a new design of a regional jet, tri-engined one, but it also stopped the programme at the drawing tables.

Austrian A340
Lufthansa A340.

Thats it….i am no big collector for one simple reason….we dont get models here 🙁
