hmm good points there mongu. Still if BA can get the minor shareholders on there side, so can Iberia if they make the right move. I dont think Iberia is that week againts BA.

That will not be a very good move by Iberia in my opinion..if its in a good shape…why go merge with BA. Its the national airline and pride of Spain why let go of it like that, that also when its going through a good patch??

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 17-06-02 AT 04:36 PM (GMT)]I think AF spends very little amount in its paint scheme(well you can call it a scheme). Painting an a/c white is the cheapest, over that AF just has to adds a few stripes on the tail. But its a very good cost saving measure. The main cost that AF must be facing in painting its a/c is the labour and standing fee at the paintshop….thats it!

B747-per tyre between one and one and a half month.
B737-2 months
B777-1 month
B717 2 months.

This is in normal sircumstances. Dont know any of Airbus.

yup nice pic…although i have been on the A330 once…didnt like it one bit, very uncomfortable. Mabe the seat arrangments by Swissair were like that?
