here its mandatory to show the same credit/debit card you used to book the tickets. Otherwise you can’t board.

Saw Flight 666 first day first show yesterday, being a HUGE Iron Maiden fan this movie was just full of an adrenaline rush! Following the band around the world in Ed Force One (B757). A brilliant watch…and even if you are not a Maiden fan, still watch it, you might come out of the theater as a Maiden fan!

Actually both 9W and IT had well planned and thought out expansion plans. NO one saw the recession coming, but since then IT has been making many more operational mistakes than 9W.

One of the biggest mistakes committed by IT is not using BOM, DEL or BLR as a hub. All their international operations are scattered. BLR would have been an ideal hub for them.

But this year will be crucial for 9W and IT. It will be very sad to see any one of them go under as they both offer great products.

In fact i am booked on 9W for LHR in August.

The expansion plan although positive news for Boeing and Airbus is still apprehensive in my view. The Indian aviation industry is expected to post a collective loss of $1.6 billion this upcoming quarter. and airlines such as Jet and Kingfisher are bleeding heavily inside.

Well 9W wanted GF to take the 777s for a confirmed wet lease of up to 24 months which GF disagreed to. Ultimately leaving 9W between a stone and a wall. We might now have some 777s in GF c/s parked at BOM.

Not a good time for 9W, it just today lost 13 pilots to Qatar.

…and the first P-8A Poseidon is getting ready for its maiden flight! Incredibly versatile aircraft.
