I’ll leave you all to judge for yourselves….

Some more.
I do like the light on the Magister….
Another selection. I thought the trio flying tied together were magnificent.
Here’s a few more….
Darren.
Perhaps you should consider moving your bed to Duxford and keeping your Biggleswade base as a holiday home?
I honestly don’t care what does fly and what doesn’t. I’m secure in the knowledge that I won’t be disappointed with the content. I don’t know whether everyone else thinks the same but I never know where to look next. I hope to be there both days this year and am really looking forward to the atmosphere of a wondeful Museum, some superb flying and the company of friends.
Couldn’t ask for more really.

Nooooooooooooooo! (Snigger). You know she is nicknamed ‘Arson Hiscock’. That should make Kevin snigger.
I’m sorry, Janie, I’m afraid you’ll have to explain that one to me….

LBARULES.
I fear your list is wrong. I shall be arriving in company with Future Pilot in a green Renault Kangoo, affectionately known as ‘the old fart’s ferry’ or, indeed, less affectionately known as ‘the tin witch.’
Estimated time of arrival is 10:00 hours but all rather depends on the vagaries of the M6. If I have a bad run I’ll be there about 4.
Estimated time of departure to be arranged but could be related to the time the pub closes.
For those requiring transfer to and from various locations contact me via my agent who will be happy to discuss fares and any special requirements you may have for your journey. Please note all bookings are final and fares are non refundable should you fail to appear for your journey aboard the OFF at the specified time. This does not affect your statutory rights as I firmly believe you have none.
Seriously, I doubt whether I shall manage south side as Grey area has told me there is a considerable amount of walking on rough ground and across stiles. I’ll see how I am on the day.
So, the day is shaping up quite well.
Would anyone be interested in the Concorde tour on the day? I think it’s about £12 but if there’s enough wanting to take the tour perhaps we could negotiate a group discount? does anyone have contact details for the company running the tours?

I’ll be leaving Druiscilla at home, she has an arson lesson in the afternoon.
Melv.
Isn’t it about time she stopped ‘arson’ about?

I’m pleased to hear that she is showing signs of improvement. I’m sure we all hope the improvement continues and that she will soon be on the road to recovery.

Interesting angle, especially as the controls indicat that the aircraft is actually in a climbing turn to the left?

There are the horixontal surfaces of a T-tail and two engines looking somewhat forlorn in the AVP already. Are they a part of Zulu Kilo?

Perhaps if the US ever decide to go and ‘liberate’ Iran or Syria the US Government could seek sponsorship so you could then have adverts like
‘Welcome to a free Iran – Sponsored by McDonalds.’
‘Syria, a free Muslim Country brought to you by Miller Lite.’
There must be endless possibilities. Soldiers with Stars and stripes on one sleeve and McDonalds logo on the other.
Barnowl.
“Suddenly you hear one person start to clap, which turns into several, and then even more until its a massive crowd clapping at these desert combat troops, who are walking through the airport presumably coming home from iraq. There are hand shakes and kisses all round, and as hey walk through you see the diversity of combatants (white men/women, afro-carribbean males/females etc). As they leave, there screen fades to black and in simple type “Thank You” appears. Simply beautiful IMHO.”
A slightly different welcome than the one given to those returning from Vietnam. I wonder why?

Weather meant to be good. Did notice they have an overflow car park when I went last Saturday. Might have joined you but I’m off down to Old Warden for the evening show on Saturday.
