Mine impressed the neighbours this morning.. they got under the fence & ate their rabbit…. So now I owe em a new rabbit…
still, not as bad as when the previous neighbours lived there.. they lost a goat one morning…
Which, in the gun toting culture you cherish would be grounds enough for me to blow the bloody thing’s heads off. Never mind, it was only a rabbit
I know, they would never do it to achild, they’re quite content with killing rabbits and goats on other people’s property. Bless ’em, they will have their fun.

Jet 2 737.
Anonymous 747 which I expect belongs to Air Atlanta.
Aurigny ATR.
I really like this first shot. Air France Embraer 145.
Air Scandic MD something or other….
Close-up of a Jet2 737.
Ryanair 732.
Concorde. Still believe it’s one of the ugliest aircraft ever designed but there is no denying the techmological achievement in building the world’s only supersonic airliner to achieve regular service. Being so close you really do appreciate the complex curves of the wing structure.
My Travel 757.
bmibaby in the visit Wales scheme. Best I could get with the heat haze.
Aer Lingus 737.
Onur Air A321.
Thanks for the comments guys.
Manairportmad. I did think I’d seen you there but wasn’t sure whether it was you. I thought you were usually down at the pub end anyway.
Another shot of the PIA 747 and a SAS MD something or other (or is it a Boeing now  ?)
I make no aplogies for the poor quality of the final PIA 747 shot but he seemed one hell of a way down the runway before he came unstuck!
Back with more later.

Here we have a Monarch A321, an orderly queue and the first of a few of the PIA 747.
Two more of a Dragonair 747 and a KLM F100 departing.
Two shots of Excel 737 G-XLAH and a Dragonair 747.
I may be one of the ‘main culprits’ in Sandy’s eyes. He will acknowledge that I have spoken to him privately regarding this.
“Even as I write this, I am receiving MSN messages saying I am being arrogant and immature about this decision.”
The quote above is from Sandy’s first post in this thread. I did say I believed he was being arrogant and immature in his decision to leave, and, as he knows, I will stand by what I said. I spoke to him at length the other night about his decision and still think it is a strange decision to make. However, as Greay Area pointed out, I acknowledge the maturity he has displayed in (this is a poor turn of phrase) owning up to his own faults. I see no reason why he should not return as long as he keeps his feelings re Boeing in check and continue to be a valued member of this forum.
The decision is his and his alone.

thank you very much. That will do nicely for me.

“I think Liverpool should reimburse the other 4 clubs, quite frankly.”
Apparently, each of the clubs will lose around 2 million pounds in tv rights to Liverpool, a club which failed to qualify fairly. It makes a mockery of doing well in the Premiership when clubs suffer because no one ever thought Liverpool could win the Champions League. If they had done better in the Premiership none of this would have been an issue. Benitez has made statements to that effect.
Whilst I agree that provision should have been made from the outset that the winners of the Champions League should automatically qualify for the next season, those weren’t the rules in place at the beginning of the season. And Liverpool were fully aware of that but did not play well enough to finish fourth. It’s qualification by the back door at other people’s expense and shouldn’t be allowed.
Patriotic head on one would hope they would do well, but in my heart I don’t believe they are deserving of their place in this set of circumstances.

Has anyone looked at the Cemetery at Acklington for an RAF casualty named Michael?
Now the dates have changed I’ll check men of the BofB to see if there are any possibles there. I think I’ll draw a blank as it seems likely he was not a pilot but I’ll give it a whirl.
