Sandy, do you have Boeing tattooed across your chest? Or is it actually engraved on your heart? Your support, no, rabid approval of all Boeing say and do will make no difference in the long run. It’s meaningless. Seeing as the US Military is 80 or 90% equipped with Boeing products, do you really believe they have not been given massive financial support from the US Government? No-one knows what Boeing’s involvement is in so called ‘Black Projects’ but you can be certain they are supported by the Government.
Boeing now have the right to call the McDonnell Douglas DC10 a Boeing, a Boeing F-15 Eagle, Boeing Skyraider. Wonder whether if they ever purchased Bae we could have all Spitfires under the name of Boeing, or the Boeing Halifax. or the Boeing Heracles.
Perhaps the world will be a better place for Sandy when all aircraft are soullless incarnations of the Boeing formula. It seems that for Boeing, money overwhelms all other considerations, perhaps they might consider buying Airbus Industrie?
