What exactly is going on with the Admiral Ushakov and Admiral Lazarev? Being scrapped?

Is the Kashtan CIWS more effective (higher PoK?) than a Phalanx or Goalkeeper? I would imagine with its twin 30mm gatlings and 8 SA-N-11s, that it could deal fairly quickly with incoming missiles.

Now, back to the thread! I don’t want to be a hijacker.

Any news on what the status of the An-70 program is? Last I heard Antonov was fishing for foreign partners, but no word since then.

Also, any ideas on whether new build An-124-300s will be for domestic forces or export?
