Personally I miss the Duxford tractor hauled land train more than anything. When you are my age it is a long walk back to the exit when you get down the to the bottom after working your way through the hangars. Why was it ever withdrawn?
Apparently there was an issue with visitors being unable to resist the urge to fling themselves in front of site vehicles at Duxford, which lead to their withdrawal on safety grounds.
