Is this a bad topic I’ve done?
Skylinerworld, how many times are we going to have to go through the same thing with you? If you’re going to complain every time you start a thread that no one cares or no one is responding, DON’T START ANYMORE THREADS!! For the record, this was your best thread to date. Very imformative, listed some key info. GOOD FOR YOU! You had to go kill it by complaining that no one is responding to it. I’m going to give you some advice now, and please follow it. NO MORE SELF NEGATIVITY! Also, please stop making posts saying “sorry.” You don’t need to apologize to any of us. You don’t need to impress any of us. You just need to come in here, and talk about aviation, that’s it. All the negativity that has been going on in this forum the last few weeks is pretty much gone, it seems. You’re back to square one, and everyone likes you, including me. You just gotta’ chill out man!

Nice Peter! Keep ’em coming, baby! Not lame by any means.
Is that where the Lears in in SQ livery are based?
In the U.S. now, they screen all of them, even check most of them in front of you. Nowadays, you check in and they tag your luggage. Then you take it (not the ticketing agent) to one of the TSA people and they put it through a machine. If you only have a carry-on, you avoid this, and your carry on gets screened as usual.

I am strictly a leisure traveler, but avoid lo-co’s for this same reason.
ONT for me. It would have to be the 737 thanks to Southwest.
I love the JAL Super Logistics, and of course that UA 777. That new colour scheme is fantastic. I’m assuming that DC-8 is some sort of exect transport. That is a very rare Super 72 as most of the re-engined DC-8’s by Camacorp were the longer -71’s and -73’s.
One of them operates from SFO and the other from IAD. They do not have PTV’s in economy.
Those are great pics. PIA have quite a presence at MAN, don’t they? That’s a ‘cute’ little runway that Concorde is sitting on. 😉
Thanks Bhoy
2 of the best BA world tails, by far. Too bad they are gone. 🙁 I think they could have ditched most of them and kept the one-offs, like these.

What is the duration of that flight in either direction?

A London – Dresden link would be excellent, avoid changing at Frankfurt or Munich….although I have to confess I quite enjoy changing!
WHO DOESN’T!! 😉
Is SQ eventually going to take delivery of A346’s? Seeing as they operate -500’s, it would only make sense.
